This service is a massage tailored to you. A variety of techniques will be used, based on your treatment goals. Light pressure, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching, etc. Hot stones may be applied to a specific area, if needed/wanted. Includes aromatherapy.

Prenatal Massage
A massage tailored to ease the aches and pains that often come with pregnancy. Includes aromatherapy. Prices include NJ sales tax.

Enhancements
(added to any 60 or 90 minute service above)
*30 Minute Foot Reflexology - an extra 30 minutes at the end of your service, it is the application of pressure to specific points of the feet. These reflex points correspond to different regions and organs in the body. It leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Includes foot scrub. -- $55
*Breathe Again - Massage of the sinus pressure points, followed by the application of cold stones and a chilled eye mask. Choice of peppermint or eucalyptus oils, used to open sinus passageways. -- No additional charge
*Serene Feet - At the end of your massage, treat yourself to a foot scrub to leave your feet feeling smooth and moisturized. -- $10
*Healing Hands - Heal your dry hands and split cuticles with this pure, organic shea butter treatment. Your hands will be placed inside warm hand mitts to soothe and repair them while you relax. -- $15

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms set by Breathing Space Massage Therapy:

If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment, you agreed to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 48 hours in advance. You agreed to pay 50% of the full session rate if you give less than 48 hours notice.

You agree to pay 100 % of the full session rate if you give 24 hours notice or less, when rescheduling or cancelling, or if you completely miss an appointment.

Cancellation fees are waived for those finding someone to take their place, for the same session length. Clients must have that person’s name and contact info at the time of cancellation, and that person must show up for the appointment.

You understand that you must arrive 10 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full session time you have scheduled. If you arrive on time, or late, you understand the therapist can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and that you will pay for the full length of the session that you booked.

Further, you understand that massage therapy is entirely therapeutic and professional in nature.
